Thx to Neil we had the update 2 months ago. It's really hard to believe that we are still without news. We even do not know the target after nearly 2 years. E.g. how spinnaker opp. completed their transaction within a year? It could be done. What a shower of ****!!

In July last year we were told about" final stages" so right now I would like to know ONLY an estimate time to conclude transaction. Is it next month, maybe Q2, maybe Xmas or next year. After so many months they should have known when. That's all I want to know.

I said this many times because our board is a bunch of ignorants. They do not care about shareholders. Most important is their monthly fees. I’m starting to believe there is no target and they just want to empty a bank account.

Apparently we are close to conclude deal since January 2020 so saying now again that we are close does not make any difference. We will be close in April after August and again Xmas 2021. Deja vu?
