I seem to remember from maybe about 8 months back, GH was recalling in either an interview or some other communication with shareholders(can’t be sure which ), that he had been having a conversation with Sandeep Biswas regarding Havieron and SB kept turning the conversation back to Scallywag, inferring SB was very interested in Scallywag.

Coming up to my 3 year anniversary here and definitely not frustrated with the progress made. I could sell now and this would have been an excellent investment, however I see no reason to as I believe there is plenty more upside to come and very little risk. It seems to me after reading what others who have far more knowledge of resource estimates than myself say ( which is probably the majority of people here ), that the key to using them to evaluate your investment when they are released is to Understand what has not been included yet as much as what is. Also what weighting to put on the type of estimate. Anyway looking forward to the comments on them as and when they arrive. Looking forward to the next few months.

Using very crude attempts at working out the volumes and a very low s.g. of only just over 2 to be cautious, I was also pessimistic with my dimensions, I was looking at around 7. Anything near this and MRE stands for My Retirement Enabler.

Ditto, I have absolutely no reason to disbelieve anyone claiming to have sold above 27p. I have 2 reasons to believe it was possible, my own eyes. Also didn’t sell myself but was offered 27p for 200000

I think there is plenty more in the tank here, but have no issue with anyone who has sold any or even all there shares, they have probably made a massive profit and achieved their goals so well done you I say. If they then start to talk GGP down that’s a different matter. Schlemiel I agree with you, when I eventually sell out it will probably be before the very top but I will still hope everyone still in carries on gaining.

It was Oxus Gold, you are right about safe jurisdiction it’s a major factor here. No chance here of what happened to that company.

Talking of errors prompts me to ask a question. I have struggled to remember how I came to have an interest in GGP. The only thing I can think of was it may be from a massive error I made investing in a mining company some time ago whose ticker had X and S in it ( not Sirius) It may be that someone else involved with that company mentioned GGP if so I owe you and am very glad I made that error in the past as it lead me to where I am now. Was anyone else here involved in a mining company which had interests in Uzbekistan and prior to that Kazakhstan and one year spoilt Christmas? I am embarrassed to say their name!!

Just took a screen shot of my portfolio value (when I say portfolio I mean GGP as that is all I have LOL ) in case on Monday something weirder than today happens and I wonder if today really happened.

I top sliced and bought something really special..... the GGP shares I had sold about 3 hours earlier! I suppose I should feel a bit stupid about it but at least I got a few extra for the same money.

WelshFalcon, agreed. I can,t even remember how I picked up on GGP on 2017 however I doubt very, very much I would be ever be able to replicate this success again, and find another opportunity like this, so holding on to these as long as is I can.

Jambo, I am very optimistic about GGP and don’t think your post was negative at all and seems logical. I personally do not have the knowledge to form an opinion on the GDXJ matter so I have not given any weight to it, if it happens I see it as a bonus. I see a bright near term future here and by near term I don’t necessarily mean one or two weeks.

Great to read there are other fellow Pennine dwellers in GGP, live in Holmfirth myself and GGP is allowing me to retire early enough to hopefully still be fit enough to enjoy many years of cycling in these great hills. Think myself and all other GGP holders are about to get a further boost to the pension pot quite soon. Good luck everyone whatever your plans are.

If our biggest concern is that JPM may, and I stress may, become GGP’s broker then I think it shows any other worries there might be must be very insignificant. Very happy with my investment so far.GLA

The results are going to do the talking and hopefully go further to confirm the extent of this find is a lot bigger than what is attributed to it at present. As has been said many times they are not drilling these holes for the fun of it.

TomE I also only own GGP shares and my thinking is exactly the same as your view, obviously there will always be some residual risk with anything. I am in good profit percentage wise at the minute and as you say even if it falls back a bit I would still have made a nice profit. I am very happy with the risk to reward at the moment.
