Change of Broker and Update

Further to its announcement of 1st November 2022 regarding the suspension of the company's shares from trading, Dukemount has appointed Peterhouse Capital Limited as its sole broker.



This change has been undertaken to assist the company to negotiate its way through its current audit process and speed up its route back to trading on the standard list. The Company is working with its auditors and funders to complete the audit as quickly as possible so that it can apply to for its shares to be allowed to resume trading.

The company will provide further updates as appropriate.

Again it’s in black and white, I’m also invested here but it’s quite clear what they have wrote, I also want to hear asap.

Now wait for the negative posters to reply to my last 2 posts….they know nothing but pretend to think they do.

Dukemount Capital Plc, has been unable to complete its audit for the year to 30 April 2022 in the required time and has therefore requested that its shares be suspended until it can be completed.



Once completed the Company will apply for its shares to be unsuspended and to commence trading.
