I’ve spoken with Peterhouse capital and they reassured me that things that need doing are getting done, it’s taking so long as it’s quite complex.

I thought the next statement due date on CH had changed slightly and the due date.

I’m still very confident all will be good but you never know until it’s sorted in writing.

Michael has sent some correspondence to me that he got from the FCA

There is no specific deadline within the FCA’s Listing Rules concerning the lifting of a suspension. As per Listing Rule 5.4.2R, the FCA may restore the listing of any securities that have been suspended if it considers that the smooth operation of the market is no longer jeopardised or if the suspension is no longer required to protect investors.

Just a little waiting game now, even though a good source tells you something positive and factual I’m still as anxious as the rest but know all is good and being worked.
