The water exhaust is safe; much safer than the exhaust from a steam engine or internal combustion engine. Distilled water is not especially corrosive (certainly not as corrosive as seawater). The amount of exhaust vapour is not significant amount compared with water vapour in atmosphere from weather effects, and will not make much impact on the humidity.
In many Arabian countries clean water costs more to buy per litre than petrol and this tech will not appeal so much there. But here it rains all the time so clean fresh water is abundant. In Australia, for example, they do get droughts but can use solar to desalinate sea water (which of course is an inexhaustible commodity.)
The oxygen produced as a by product of hydrogen production can be stored and sold or safely vented. Oxygen is not a pollutant! Growing plantlife gives it off naturally; thank goodness or we would all suffocate lol.

Dialight needs to keep growing to justify a p/e of 27. Perhaps there is too much competition in the diode lighting business now and growth and profits are harder to find.
The profit warning was about the past, renewed infrastructure spending is the future. The company should be able to prosper as UK , USA & Europe are all wanting to spend more on infrastructure.
