9th Feb 2022 - done deal you folks say.
Noted.
Corporate actions - wait for the RNS's, then let's find out what the "done deal" was.
I'm happy to hold.

That's not my "wittering", those incongruent comments came from the "journalist". You can't state 100% £5m done, and then claim contingent upon... Alva sale etc.
@TWatcher and @Computer, when is your prediction for the it's a done deal? Or do you still believe it is done?
Remember 2 months late?:
@Signal_City and @oohhhthatsnice (TWatcher) the final signal, imminent done deal was December 17th 2021.
"Don't disappear tomorrow or monday - my bet is by then"
I'm on free ride, you already know that. For that reason, I have no need to disappear.
I'd be **VERY** surprised if you get an RNS which states specifically "RNS complete, now come for the open" by tomorrow or Monday.
@Computer, never say never. ;0)
Yes, of course you wouldn't believe it. But the problem is, that information isn't from ODX.
Here is another one, much more simple:
I once "forward sold" my Grandmas house. I told everyone it was a done deal on the 17th of December. She kicked-off and told me she was going to tell everyone I got it wrong, she was thinking about selling it but hadn't made up her mind. In February, Grandma spoke to the estate agent. I found out and I claimed to have forward sold her house again. This time she told everyone that I didn't own it and didn't get her permission. Grandma spoke to the estate agent and asked for a valuation but also had the option to raise money elsewhere. She decided not sell. Took a very long time.
The problem is when I say it takes a long time and not without permission, Novice says no, TWatcher says no, Computer says no and so do many others. Here I am scratching my head, why people are telling me that on Friday 17th December 2021 the placing was done and dusted and the same happens today. What could this mean?
It means, you haven't crossed the canyon yet. When you get that RNS which says, we've already completed a placing, give me a shout.
GL
OK take notes... @Computer and @TWatcher...
You can't claim ODX "has raised £5m" already IF at the same time you state it is contingent on Alva sale, moving HQ and finalising agreements.
Problem, problem... for the next nugget, let me know.
First we get rumours that a placing is done, ODX "has raised £5m" already then will have an "open offer for another £2m".
Then get further details: "Alva getting sold", "moving HQ to Cambridge", finalise agreements with DHSC, etc. etc. But we didn't really get an explanation of what that corporate action was did we? No.
On top of this we get many stating that the £5m has been forward sold. Done deal.
Problem... you can't have both. It can't be a done deal if Alva is not sold, HQ not moved and DHSC not finalised. Secondly, that would be a change ODX strategy which REQUIRES an RNS. Have we had an RNS saying a change of strategy? No. So is it immediate? No. Will it 100% happen? No.
In my next post, I will explain in simpler terms anyone who still doesn't get it.

Valuable. Come on Novice, it was a simple question.
Waiting on your valuable insight on forward selling and corporate actions. See if you can guess where the problem in your thesis lies?
Some valuable insight:
The situation remains as before no fund raise until they resolve the corporate actions. Which, until I'd highlighted that no fundraise without investor agreement, no one here was aware of.
What this lays to rest is this silly idea that forward selling happens in conjunction with an open £2m. No investor would agree to those terms.
What we know now is; this imminent nature of a fundraise is far from it.
Still waiting from the 17th Dec. To cover this point, "investors" now flip flopping between done , immediate and forward selling.
Where is the RNS of immediate fund raise you promised by Friday?
Oh yes... I forgot ODX just announced it is far from imminent and even less certain.
GL
@pk agree on some of your points. The situation remains as before no fund raise until they resolve the corporate actions. Which, until I'd highlighted that no fundraise without investor agreement, no one here was aware of.

"Captain- What are you implying?"
@CalderKate, don't bother with him. I told practically everyone my position and he missed it yet again.
@HeresHopin
"couple of hundred quid on the bounce from 8p to 12p"
You are more or less right in this part of your statement. I was asked by a number of individuals on twitter and in telegram, been very upfront and honest.
GL
Right now the person who has consistently got things right in this thread is @CalderKate.
Well done!
@TWatcher, I told many people. So not really a hindsight magic by marik.
What you've got right so far is that there is no immediate fundraise.... oh hang on... you are still claiming the opposite.
"So now you are riding on free shares..."
Bingo, you finally caught up what I've told everyone else. And I still hold and will do so for a long time.
How clever you are @CaptainSwag.
No @calderkate, don't help him. I've practically told a 100 people what my position is. Just let him figure this one out by himself. It's a learning process.
