Several things holding this back, not all unique to EUA.
Political instability and threat of conflict between Russia and the west over Ukraine will put many off. Dodgy dealings around other Russian miners (eg. POG). And 80% of zero is still zero until a deal is actually confirmed. You may disagree with these points, but many looking in may not.
Disappointing for LTH but not unexpected for now.
The U.K. Competition and Markets Authority said Wednesday that it has served an initial enforcement order on the planned acquisition of Capita PLC's Secure Solutions and Services businesses by NEC Software Solutions UK Ltd.
The order prevents NEC Software from fully combining the businesses while the regulator considers the deal.

Agreed regarding sp, feels overpriced. Waiting for a drop to buy in.
Do you happen to know what/who the contributor 'The Pay Zone' is? It is not something written by a credible Proactive Investor journalist.
The issue isn't the methane leaks etc. It is the looming, hidden costs of decommissioning the 1000's of wells in DEC hands at some point in the future.
Agreed redeye. This is not a stock to sit back and hold long-term. The business model (which appears to be based on creative accounting to dilute operational costs of unproductive wells over extended periods of time) is not sustainable. There is money to be made here in the short term, for sure, and the generous dividend is very tempting. You need to keep a close eye on things and jump ship at the right time. There will be some BIG losers here eventually.
The appointment of the new non-exec 'with demonstrated expertise in environmental, social and governance ("ESG")' suggests DEC saw this coming. I would suggest investors read the bloomberg article for themselves. Makes me wonder if DEC business model is sustainable near-term. Money to be made here, for sure, short-term.
