On 28 January 2023 the BFSU gas plant and field operations were shut-in for safety purposes due to severe winter weather and BFSU production and gas injection has been offline since that date. BFSU production facilities are presently being re-started from 30 January 2023 as weather and access roads are cleared. Limited quantities of oil have been trucked from Cole Creek Unit during this time. As a result of these interruptions in production and sales the Company's affiliate COPL America may not meet its financial covenants pursuant to its Senior Credit Facility in February 2023 and March 2023 unless new financing is secured.”

“The Company is working closely with its professional advisers to negotiate and secure a new senior debt facility, which the Company is targeting to draw down prior to 31 March 2023.”

So these are two paragraphs from RNS,which says the bad weather was the main factor for all this trouble!
Now the weather is getting better and company will be starting its operations normally and selling will start too as usual then will not be having much trouble here!!
Also company is already engaged with some parties for asset based debt facility and will not be a problem!! Imo

Buy and hold at this levels as this is the steal!! Imo

They are keeping greyfoxx ltd and fiberemode ltd.
Means they are keeping electronic payments business(which is difficult to get FCA alproval and mode can sell it at really good prices) and crypto trading facility fiberemode ltd.
Getting rid of two businesses which is increasing heavy costs!!
Mode might rurn the corner it seems,if manages to sell two subs that will bring the value of mode much higher with those two subs!!
Hold tight,news can land anytime!!
Or they might do a deal with lender??

After offloading fibere ltd and JGOO ltd,mode will be having two more subsidiaries,Greyfoxx ltd and fibermode ltd.
Reduced operations, reduced cost,reduced losses, more concentration on cryptocurrency assets!!
All mode need is either CVA to push the orice much higher or sell of business and have multiple of current mcap!!

Argo had assets and mode doesnt.
But argo had very big debt which mode doesn’t have!!
Mode asset is mode listing on main market and FCA approval for the company!!
Which is lot more than a small debt mode have(maybe less than a million?)
And mode listing and fca approval valued at at least 3mil?! Imo
Current mcap is less than half mil :)) :))

Brings more confidence here,and less free float,means it will move quick with even small volume me think.

Volume is increasing now.
