KNIGELK,thanks for reply.knigelk not all our contracts were loss making,but brazil one!! admin cost and other overheads are in some cases more than the revenues!! but in 2011 we made profit.and would have made bigger profit in 2012 also,but unfortunately the fraud happen and we were nearly doomed!! but now chances are brighter as chapter11 will allow us to protect from creditors and still we can bid for contracts!! i am sure german court would have seen some possibility for future revenue and contracts win,thats why they approved our chapter11 application!! there is always risk,but here reward is far bigger than the risk!!gl.

good post mate,i like to discuss risk and reward with someone sensible!! (1) tell me how many stadiums are being built in a single year for the world cup?? (2) world cup comes every four years!! (3) when companys financial position was not good before chapter11 accepted by court,do you think they were allowed to bid for any contract?? (4) why the chapter11 accepted by court??(court only approve the application if they believe that the future revenue will be more than the assets company hold currently) (5) after chapter11 accepted company is allowed to bid for contract!! (6) show me any company on stock exchange which does not have any RISK.
