Guys I think they already found nomad. But if they announce then we will come out of suspension. Company will not do that because we still having confusion about consolidation which needs to be sorted before trading starts. So just relax and wait for Monday everything will be fine. Billif3,don't worry, you won't lose money, after coming out of suspension, if we hold, we might make some money.gl all.

according to letters sent from the company,the consolidated shares will be in our accounts on 23rd of march which is Monday!! so Monday we will receive the shares in our accounts!! many need to digest the news and understand how many shares they got and how much money they will receive on 30th of march!!then we might receive nomad news later on Monday itself or Tuesday!! this is just imo.

guys we will start trading from Monday or Tuesday!! the share consolidation is done,now new nomad announcement and resume of trading!! they said the fraction of money will be given to shareholders week commensing 30th of march!! so now looks all sorted and ready to roll!! gl all holders!!

guys dont panic.i think they already found the nomad but they dont want to announce,this will be done only after consolidation.they doing consolidation so they can issue shares to raise funds instead of going to bergen(sp killers).just keep calm and this will be better than expected.

i believe this will open above 0.10p,as bod said only the asset OTR will give value over 0.16p!!not long to wait now imo!! good luck all the holders here!!

they already said they wont be continuing as no revenue will be generated!!but:: we need to know:: 1) what happen to the solarnext? 2) what will happen to the brazil money? i am sure bod will make a better deal,because they might get some rebate from taxes because of old losses??(18,million)!!

shouldnt we wait a bit? as i feel like we might get something out of here!!we still dont know the figures here,or who is getting what??sorry if wrong!!

so after sale of any assets and stake in solarnext.receivables from brazil,and if possible text rebate,there might be still a little bite left for shareholders??any idea?

as per june 2014== total assets for company is==12339000. total liabilities==11546000. if we deduct good will and receivable from total assets is(12339000-2496000-1296000=7647000). current liabilities are==11546000. companies retain losses are==18030000.!!?? does anyone have any idea if company is sold that losses can be claimed?? and if yes then. (1) we need to know what happen to the solarnext stake. (2) we need to know what will happen to the receivables from brazil. (3) we need to know what will happen to the retained losses if can be claimed back??

pumpky,there was nothing to ridicule about anything of anyone,but check what did you say other day about subsidiary!! you didnty even know that hightex gmbh was just the subsidiary of the group!!

in short everyone knew that there was a risk and the rewards were far more greater than that!! if we fall to the risk side thats our bad luck!! but if someone didnt do any research and just invested here for only reward,that was not good,not just for this share but for the future too,because we are dealing in aim,anything can happen anytime here!! just look at some big companies like,ami,lond,people lose alot more than us there!! today three companies suspended on aim!! its not just us though!!

5p or 10p squad was different,they were not here long ago!! as we knew that 1p with contract was possible,but more than that was not possible!!

first wise peoson here,who knows the facts.we got group of seven companies here!! and yes the offer is still there,but they might do not want shareholders to get any benefit from it.that is really bad for us,but what can we do!!
