But OTT holding is holding 18% plus shares as of 30th november!!??

It is about who we are connected to or who is connected to us with what reason.
Our connection with sino is beneficial for us to go through licensing obtaining.
Also company mentioned in rns that sino will be helping us in many ways including financing.
While suay is connected to us because they need material for batteries for factories in china!!
All the dots are joining nicely.

They still holding same number of shares here,fully confident.

Company is generating enough cash to meet the cost of running right now!!
More contracts and more cash generated.

There are two very encouraging factors what attracts me here.
1) sinohydro——(7bn usd mcap) who is very well connected with mali government and doing some very important projects there!!
That could be a big help in getting licence sorted as well as field study and financing help as mentioned by company in rns!!
2) suay chin—— singapore based company holding nearly 20% of kod. Who is also supplier of battery parts and battery
material in Chinese industries!!
