Porsche, HL is like the NHS. HL is classified as Asset Manager.
I bought Woodford and sold in time. Traders are not investors
and regarded as gamblers. I was punished for having a gambling
problem . I can only buy or sell by phone but need to see the screen
before I am able to make a decision. That sums up HL.

At last I received a message from a Log-in expert, HL.
Help desk agents and log-in agents should work as a team
and HELP when help is needed. Communication is no longer
normal. Many reach age 50 and give up work . Why carry on
when Normality is belittled and robots are in charge?

I never had any problems getting into my HL account in the past.
Since August 2021 I had. The 6 security numbers became a problem.
Why is one number encircled in red? That leads to confusion and a
Helpdesk Agent should be able to help. Only recently I was advised
by a friend to delete the dot in the red square. I did and got into my
account. At last I managed to read messages which are of concern for HL
staff failed to help and I cannot access my account on-line which is empty.

I suspect RR is a client of HL and who else is?
I made a few discoveries and want to find out the truth.
I have been Miss Marple since August 2021 and never was lady mapp.
Ladies are surrounded by servants and get help and advice. Mapp was
treated like a nuisance and Miss Marple is in search of the truth.

Liz needs to read the LSE chat board to find out what goes
on in the market . Insiders gain and O.A.P.s go down the drain.
Bankers are rewarded for more turmoil in the market and the
rich are protected by Professionals understanding Finance.

BrassO, I can get into my account but can't trade. I just left a message to CEO Chris Hill
and staff explaining why the LSE Board is educational . I'll be surprised to get a response.
HL is perfect for trading and I suspect most trading is computerized. Insiders gain and outsiders
wait in vain for the price to go up again to where it once was. Those outsiders
are Private Investors who were misled . Some are dead.

The PROs are hedge-fund managers. Their latest success was shorting the
Pound as soon as Truss was expected to win. A gamble?
HL staff has the answer and many get it wrong. In Finance and politics
they find a way to twist the truth. Capital at Risk.

unaware. HL is not AIM but I am not allowed to trade on-line when
my understanding of the market has improved. AIM attracts
fraudsters. HL is respectable but investors are treated like a nuisance
if a complaint is not routine. ON-LINE log in problems have to be treated
with extra special care. HL sends out confidential information via Royal Mail
taking too long. It is unbelievable that HL claims to take security seriously
and is too relaxed when there is a problem that can be solved via the internet.
I complained and got nowhere. HL is under attack by PROs who are waiting
for the right time to strike again. Who gets caught?

I can get into my HLaccount but the screen is empty.
HL regards me as a gambler who is addicted to the AIM market
and is therefore not suitable to trade on-line. That message comes years too
late. The AIM market is promoted as IHT perk. I lost as investor and made up some losses
when I decided to trade and would still be allowed to trade if I had not had a problem with the
Helpdesk agents. I bought a new computer but find it impossible to contact the helpdesk
because HL communication has become impossible . I am expected to leave?

Brasso, I hope nobody steals your phone. Determined hackers and fraudsters
break into your home, car or locker in a sports centre. My HL account has become
a nightmare since I had problems with the Helpdesk agents HL. Messages were left
on-line but impossible to read because I had no access to my HL account. At last I managed
to get into my account and was shocked to read a message, 18th Feb., that does not make sense and
is seriously unacceptable which means I am forced to seek legal advice but have no idea how
to find the most suitable expert. The situation has become serious and is beginning to
affect my health. ON-LINE business is a business without responsibility and therefore
presents an opportunity for criminals who learn their trade in prison and are in demand
worldwide. They attend exhibitions and join chat boards with false identity. NHS computer
system was hacked. HL is like the NHS. I am still locked out and do not understand why.

LSE chat board is crowded by pumpers, dumpers, trolls and crooks
cooking the books and hackers trained to find loopholes on the internet.
ON-LINE is high risk and a waste of time for private investors in need of advice.
Many lose and the FCA, Ombudsman can't cope with floods of complaints.
Computers require skilled operators. Large companies employ computer experts
but part-timers can be wiped out by a short or cyber attack any time . The stockmarket is
a casino . A shark pit. Insiders gain and outsiders go down the drain. No win/no fee lawyers
are aware but mainly care for the rich. ON-LINE trading, dating, faking. ON-LINE Dr. med
oh dear. The end is near?

I activated my account today which is empty. This confirms I was hacked .
No surprise clients leave and the share suffers.
