My memory is better than best. My computer is not and I need to buy
a mouse before my account is unlocked. Problem is now addressed by
my daughter who is qualified to deal with impossible situations.

Coggy, H/L employs too many not up to it. I am now accused of
being rude, all in writing , when I said nothing rude. Management
is forced by snowflakes to turn into dictators who should know better.

DIY Investment is fine for investors who can keep an eye on their
investment all the time. Computers are in charge of trading and when
computers go on strike or are used by the elderly who are let down by their broker in an emergency
one has to make a decision.

and nobody can defend her without getting into trouble. That is unforgivable and no longer unusual.

I am locked out of my H/L account. Frustrating
and unbelievable. The questions asked were not
accepted by the H/L computer. I am going to retire
and live without computer, mobile phone, etc.
time wasting clutter. H/L lock out is the last straw.

There is a shortage of plumbers, electricians, mechanics,
teachers, nurses, carers, etc. Trading is gambling

expect to go down the drain. They want your money to
dig a few holes for oil, gas and gold. Those hidden treasures
are not for the Old.
