My calculations are :-, property values at 30 June stated at approx £5billion. market cap of this share at consolidation price £1.50 is approx £1billion. So for SP to get to £2, we need a market cap of £1.33 billion. which means that commercial property held by SBD needs to increase in value by 6.6%, from june this year. So IMO this could be a £2 share by late spring. Book your Easter Hols now chaps.

SP has certainly lifted, with good news on commercial property prices. Glad I stayed with this share now.

Sorry that you have had to sell out with a loss, I sold mine in two lots, the losses seemed smaller that way lol. Like you I'm still in MTA, that could be the share to top up in. I wouldn't recommend that you put all your oeufs in one "oily pot " though. GL with your investing, you can always view the BB's I have been on so you know which to avoid. ATB - MW

Thanks for your post. It is good to have arguments from both sides so it is easier for other investors to research themselves and then decide, given other views, whether to buy, sell, topslice, top up themselves. or just leave it alone. At the present time this is difficult to call, IMHO this is not buy time.

I bought @1.48 ( pence) so just dealing charges and stamp to recover. Not thinking of selling at all, just nice to have a share with some profit, as I have collected a few losses into my portfolio as of late. You know waiting for news, news comes, in share goes down lol.

I will think about this and decide whether to buy back in tmw. May depend on my other shares performances giving me some positivety. WET, FUM, HAWK, BHR, RAY to name a few, which are giving me sleepless nights lol.

If this carries on I will be in profit on this once penny share lol, didn't think I would be saying this, this side of Xmas. Great News!
