Looks like the shorters are back to make a quick buck based on the China news......they better close positions quick as this will shoot over 95p in next week

Theres always going to be dips in the SP. Cant expect a positive day everyday but SP seems to be cutting today's losses which is very positive

Another good day for RR. Markets are generally down and this is up so that's a very good sign. Reckon we could have a rally to a £1 if market gets a bit of momentum with positive macro factors !

This is quite common for sp to drop when results come out then bounce back as shorters always try to get in and make a quick buck but reading through the results report things look positive and upwards

Totally agree. The shorters are back they will get this below 5 quid if no major positive update stands in their way.

This share is done. Company is so private on informing investors and keeps raising cash to cover a debt that they will never be able to repay in the next decade. A sinking ship. Much better and safer investment opportunities elsewhere. Why waste your money in this share ? Too high risk. You might as well do a CFD or go to the bookies. Got more chance of winning

Only reason this and other travel stocks have retreated today is because oil price has dropped. We all know that oil price will continue to rise until the war is over. Can strongly see this going to £5 in next week or 2 unless there is some very positive news such as a takeover bid

How can Carnival rally in a recession when people wont have any money to cruise ? Why the big drop when market is relatively stable ? Something going on inside the company it seems that we dont know about

I said 6.50 by end of the week in my earlier posts but not many believed me.

Morgan Stanley have slashed their price target from 17 to 13 dollar and a new outbreak on one of their cruise ships. Just more bad news. Will get a lot worse before and if it gets better

They have over 36bn in debt and half of that is due bt 2025 and with rising interest rates that will eat drastically into the profits. Wouldn't touch this unless it goes to the level where they could be taken over which is probably around £4

HSBC cuts price target to 5.75 from 11.50 says it all........

This will be below 6.50 end of the week. Cant see a bounce back unless there is some very positive news

SP touched 6.10 in covid but it is fairly low now. Just think with the market still fairly high could drop a bit more yet but if we all knew the bottom we wud be very wealthy

Think some of the opinions on this chat are overblown saying carnival will go bust. They have enough capital to ride them over till 2025 in which inflation will hopefully be controlled and they can hopefully turn into profitability by end of year.

I still think that there will be some more downward pressure; might re rest £6 which was the covid low before we see a rise back

I read somewhere it was $12 but cant seem to find the article.....

Does anyone know what price the banks bought shares at when they issued new shares about a year ago. Not the latest debt raise. It would have been in dollars...
