No worries Krull. The first rig on site was the conductor rig for the 30”. Which again is perfectly normal. I thought you meant two rigs on site at same time, apologies wires crossed there. The HH220 will now drill & case the main borehole. We will be able to pin point what stages they are at by the pics on twatter.

Krull there will only be one rig. There will be a crane on site for initial set up but that will go once the drilling rig up is completed. The casing sizes are all industry standard. 30” conductor, 13 3/8” casing, 9 5/8” casing, 7” Liner, then could be followed by 4 1/2” liner or left open hole. The sizes can change depending on well engineering. The rig is an ok rig but can be a bit slow. Not a lot will be worth noting during the first few weeks. Things will get exciting when they drill into the first target, I fully expect them to run open hole Wireline logs across that section. So keep an eye out on twatter for a logging truck arriving on site.

What’s everyone’s personal target price / exit strategy? Most seem pretty realistic on this board so expecting some sensible answers. I read other boards about companies prices and people are so unrealistic with regards to prices it’s hilarious.

I’m hoping for 2p (which I think is achievable on good results) & a timed exit before they draw down on the death spiral cash facility. I personally think flipping the asset if proven, could take some time in the current climate.

I’m putting it down to the current circumstances, majority of the markets/stocks are down over a second wave of Covid. The dynamic duo raised 24mil last October for WN and I would be annoyed if they would want to raise more for another project at this time, especially when the 4 we are invested in aren’t exactly turning a profit.

Shell certainly busy in the vicinity, they also have an offtake agreement with Angus at saltfleetby for their gas.

See Shell have completed the farm-in to Egdon’s offshore licences which are north of WN in the Cleveland basin.

All we need to do is prove WN up and I’m sure they’ll want to snap it up.

I can assure you it wasn’t. The rig was the ensco 72 and that is now working for ENI in the southern North Sea.

It’s all about WN for me thou. They seemed to have done ok at Cali, not massive numbers but they are ticking along. Romania will just be a bonus if it comes off.
