Hey Rubey, how can they have 5%?

3% of 7,096,982,101 is 212,909,463. Humber were issued 350m shares so therefore below any threshold for a TR1. Unless I’m missing something??

Hi Today, yes that’s correct. We should see the casing being run once the Wireline has been completed. Once that’s been run & cemented we will then be onto drilling ahead into the cadeby.

I can’t recall ever seeing Humber’s disclosure in the 8.3 forms when we was trying to takeover Deltic, nor a TR1 form at any point (I may have missed it as there was a lot being issued at the time). Also as from the RNS dated 30th July 2.9 announcement, 350m is less than 3% of 7,096,982,101, so therefor no TR1 was ever required. Thoughts bud? Thanks

Agree BH, I’m hoping for two RNS’s too. Will take time to review the logs & get data back on the cores. They’ve obviously liked what they’ve seen on LWD to warrant the Wireline. Seeing the truck on site yesterday was a good sign but we still need it to reveal good data.

Cold feet! The seller must have blocks of ice as feet & be really skint. Selling has been relentless for months now & seems to have been upped the last few weeks. My money is on Humber, just wonder how many of the 350mil they have left to dump.....

Agree we should have some news, hopefully two lots, one for KA & the other for cadeby. It’s been 6 weeks now since the last RNS. The dynamic duo must have been up to something whilst the drill bit has been turning.

Long way to go yet Uggy, but with each box ticked we are getting closer. Unlikely we will see a flow test this year IMO due to timescales. Got to log/core KA, run & cement casing. Drill down to cadeby & log/core again. Then possibly run a liner & cement, then suspend the well followed by de-mob of the drilling rig.

Going by twatter looks like tripping out of hole & logging truck on site. Hard to see the truck as in the dark & behind a container, but does look like it.

Is it a punt thou Chris? It’s believed to be second largest onshore find to wytch farm (execs words, not mine, can’t be making statements like that if untrue). A1 & A2 were successful, B1 is an extension of those a short distance away with expected better porosity in the cadeby. Almost identical formation in the SNS flowed at 3000 bopd. Other identical plays within the license. Not sure on the total amount invested to date on the license but got to be between £50-£75mil. II’s certainly wanted a piece of the action last year with the £24mil raise & they don’t punt in my eyes.

Rambo, a FIT is basically a pressure test to see what the strength is of the new formation they are about to drill & how strong the cement is around the 9 5/8” casing shoe. The results of the test determine the max pressure or mud weight that can be used to drill that section.

The casing shoe is the very first bit that enters the hole on the bottom of the 9 5/8” casing (or any other casing). There are many different types with various non return valves which aid circulation when running casing & then the cement job. From memory I think I saw a reamer shoe on one of the pictures on twatter. This would make sense running this shoe when running casing with a volant tool as the casing can be reamed to bottom if hole conditions become problematic. However they are limited to torque values of the casing connection when reaming.

GP, CBL’s are not mandatory these days, however the pressure test is. The FIT will be done once the shoe has been drilled out.

GP, as a geologist surely you understand the basics & that there will be a casing pressure test & a FIT prior to drilling ahead.

Manuel will do for me BH. Yeah is hard to read all the BS on the boards and twatter and does hack me off but that’s part of what these boards are about. If I know someone is lying or guessing what’s happening then I’ll happily call them out. I really wasn’t sure about Pete and his vids but they turned out to be true. Doesn’t mean future ones will be thou. Don’t worry bout persi he’s RBD @ heart and probably knows more about the company than any of us. He fell in love with them but they broke his heart and he’s now back regretting leaving the first time around.

There was hole issues and no logging was achieved. Multiple runs for clean up assemblies and various bits. Tbh it’s all irrelevant now as in the past, technical & hole issues happen, they’ve overcome them & moved on.

The idle drill costs will be on the drilling company, not the operator.

Rubey, Pete was right about the rig breaking down. I mentioned before that I was sceptical about what he was saying so I did some digging and it turned out to be true.

Unfortunately hull Pete was correct. He’s not the only person that has information, but he is the only person who chooses to advertise it.

Hey Rubey, unfortunately the rig was non operable for those 10 days. KA is up in next section so will be an interesting few weeks. 9 5/8” has been run and about to be cemented in. All going well should be back drilling tomorrow / early Sunday.
