We can assure you that AIM Regulation investigates all complaints made as regards the conduct of AIM Companies and Nominated Advisers in respect of their compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules") and for Nominated Advisers ("Nomad Rules") and takes action where appropriate.
We take our regulatory responsibilities seriously and the maintenance of the reputation and integrity of our markets are important to us, however, you will appreciate our remit relates to the AIM Rules and Nomad Rules. Accordingly, in respect of your concerns relating to the Board's failure to act in the best interests of all shareholders, commercial matters and corporate law (such as directors' duties and shareholder remedies) are outside of our remit. Please also note that any concerns regarding trading activity that may be manipulative and/or abusive are also outside of our remit and fall within the remit of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") which is the competent UK authority with power to investigate alleged abusive practices which may be in breach of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The FCA's market abuse team may be contacted using the following e-mail address: market.abuse@fca.org.uk.
As indicated we can assure you that we investigate all complaints which relate to our rules. However, You will appreciate that confidentiality is essential in maintaining the integrity of our work and, accordingly, are unable to comment on individual complaints.
