This is about getting it out there we are not asking our MPs to get them in court themselves just to help us get the right authorities involved the people that matter to us will take more notice if its our MPs asking the questions.

The GOSL and AMI BOD have been handed this on a plate to SISG the court IMO has not had time to look at this in a proper manner it seems like AMI have made no effort to defend or adjourn the injunction the whole thing is Fraud at the highest level. We can talk about many goings on here for ever and a day the fact is simple collusion by all the parties involved from AMI,GOSL.SISG and that Criminal FRANK TIMIS. We have to stick to our task here because sooner or later it will out, Don`t forget the asset is still there and will be for the next 60 years and if somewhere along the line if we can expose this in the courts there`s a lot of regulators going to be in serious trouble once we can prove there has been collusion to fraud we can sue the lot of them BOD,SISG,GOSL and LSE AIM, because not one has come forward to expose this Fraud or protect Shareholders.

Hi Sittight, yes I agree we will get them of that I have no doubt I hope it is the SFO that takes a good look at FT the little SH-T, this is a crime against UK and international investors if the GOSL think that this will encourage investors and news will not get out they can think again. I`ve email a number of African news papers (if that's what they call themselves) as to why no reporting on all this guess what not thing back. FT and the BOD never had any intention of saving AMI for shareholder value, they have never made any effort to save the assets or sell them why not ? and why was the injunction not set aside or adjourned for AMI to make its case because it looks like it was a done deal and not contested by AMI at all, it all stinks of Fraud and stich up.

Never again in my life will have anything to do with an Investment in company's connected with Africa or China. I cannot believe the obvious fraud that has happened to us.
