Should the Company's volume weighted average share price equal or exceed 2 pence per Ordinary Share for five consecutive business days, the Company is obliged to write to each Placing Warrant holder providing notice of exercise of the Placing Warrants after which the Placing Warrant holder will have up to 14 days notice to pay for the exercise of their Placing Warrants ("Accelerator Clause").

The Placing incorporates the issue of warrants to subscribe for 58,823,530 new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1.5 pence per warrant (a 76% premium to the Placing Price) on the basis of 1 Placing Warrant per Placing Share, with an exercise period of 15 months from the date of the General Meeting. Each Placing Warrant is subject to an accelerated exercise condition ("Accelerator") such that should the Company's share price exceed a 10-day volume weighted average price of 4.5p during the warrant term, the Company has the right, but not the obligation, to serve notice on the Placing Warrant holders to exercise their Placing Warrants, with 14 calendar days exercise and a further 14 days to make payment. Should the Company serve notice, any Placing Warrants unexercised within the 14 day time period allowed would be cancelled.

Don`t forget Rockfire is in Australia not Ethiopia (Africa)

Sold out a couple of days ago after digesting the RNS fully it’s more can kicking from Kefi, I’ll be back in when the times right. I don’t think it’s now, more placing me thinks.

Some 750+ million shares traded in the last 4 days and I suspect all to new holders so all those PI`s selling out will now have put them in stronger hands, I have no doubt this will fly very soon because those that hold will not let go of them.
That's some 80% of the company's shares in issue exchanged.

Hi earthling, I got out 2 years ago with not that much of a loss, so got back in here two months ago so I`m hoping that this time it happens with no more delays it looked good back then ,its even better now.
I do understand the frustration everyone feels I`ve been there to many times.

Its being put about (on ADVFN) that HA holds over 100,000 = £900,000 approximately he does not !
He holds 14,169,787 = £172,000 he`s had that in wages in the last 6 months small change to him.
