I understand where you’re coming from in fact a lot of what you say I’m on the same song sheet, but don’t misunderstand my post as being bitter although they may come across as being.

I’ve spoken to the man many years ago and Leach that’s when it hit me. We have two c-n men in charge but they’ve been very clever in what they’ve done here where’s all the money gone?

In reference to me saying has any money come yet I’m referring to the fact that HA has kept saying the money is coming in i.e. the final part of the finance of completing of the syndicate closure, which hasn’t to date.

I hope this comes good for you I really do but ,for me over the years I watched all the empty promises come and go and as Upshunt says the ANS fiasco was to (if true) entice everyone into a number of placing ,it didn’t happen and looking back at the way it was sold to everybody along with many other deadline dates that never materialised and never happened so looking back It never was going happen. (Still waiting)

I know so much about this company and the man running it. I can write paragraph after paragraph about all the misleading information that’s been given to PIs but rather than do that I just asked a simple question.

Tulu Kapi Gold Project Launched

· Independent monitoring over the next few months that Early Works' field activities progress on schedule under the newly established policing and related safety protection systems;

· Satisfaction of all other conditions precedent, all usual for such a transaction and mostly administrative;

· Execution of definitive detailed documentation; and

· Drawdown of financing syndicate equity-risk capital October 2024 to mid-2025 followed by debt capital.

Major Works from October 2024:

· Procurement and fabrication of plant internationally;

· Resettlement of community;

· Site earthworks;

· Grade-control drilling;

· Transportation to site and assembly of plant and associated infrastructure;

· Mining; and

· Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) on underground mine.

Finance Plan includes:

· Debt Risk Capital:

o US$190 million secured debt from the development banks.

· Equity Risk Capital, excluding historical investment of c. US$100 million sourced from KEFI's shareholders:

o US$110 million Equity Risk Note sourced by KEFI from Ethiopian subsidiaries of multinational corporations, repayable in cash or, at KEFI's election, with KEFI shares issued at market prices (VWAP) in the second year of production; and

o US$20 million TKGM share subscriptions from Federal and Regional Government.

Of course they did didn’t they 🤔So the re-settlement and construction is well advanced than is it 🤔the road has been built? Electricity to the camp and houses has been installed the water has been laid on the camp has been constructed so everybody’s happy in the new homes 🤔I think not Proof required, I think.
