Back to the original question... there have been a few more new people on here although with 85000 people hurting some of those voices are going to be negative. I sold mine for my own reasons, mostly to avoid being wiped out, so nursing a big loss. I want to believe in this project and personally couldn't envisage it failing completely a few months ago but that thought is there right now. For me it has gone from feeling like an investment to feeling like a gamble. But that's just me, some might see this differently. I wouldn't want to encourage anyone else to either buy or sell but having pulled my money it feels a bit clearer for me and I plan to recoup my losses over the next 2-3 years elsewhere. I am thankful that I can and feel for those all-in.
Whatever you do - do it for you. GLA
Ps
I may not be in anymore but I don't rule out buying again (though not to the same extent) but this board is for all despite some obviously posting for nefarious reasons. Just be careful not to filter out all the negatives as you need both sides.

Wraps it up quite clearly. You can take or leave their advice at the end based on your own circumstances. Having been hit for a few quid myself I'll be watching this with an equal mixture of hope and dread. As always DYOR.
Good luck to all genuine investors here - and an irritating infection to the recent influx of wind-up merchants.
And derampers too it seems. Let's face it, no one knows what will happen.
DGR1980 - If you asked me today I would be happy just not to lose money but you are right, the long term opportunity needs to be kept in focus, as that was my initial reason for investing here - plus it would seem pretty stupid to go through all this and sell for break even when most of the known hurdles are out of the way.
DGR1980, that's ideally my plan but this has been an emotional ride so hope I can hang on for the final run and not sell in an unthinking moment.
So sit and await the next news on the bonds... part of me wouldn't mind dilution just to get the £410m out of the way, unlock the credit facility and re-rate the sp. I've always considered myself a lth but like a few here I imagine I might have to be tied to the mast to resist selling when back in the blue.
When the funding is found regardless of source the only question that remains for me relates to the SP at production. As a lth what happens between now and then is just a slightly irritating sideshow.
But do you actually think they would raise money another way or just walk away? I can't seriously believe that for the sake of £410m this project would fail.
So in order to access the JP Morgan credit facility that secures funding until production... SXX first have to raise £410m - which says to me this is getting built but in the worst case with more dilution.
What next? Sell if you don't believe the mine will get built, hold or buy if you do. Personally I'm holding.
Looks like I bought back in too soon. Not the first time either!
Glad to have sold two thirds at 22p when it started to give me sleepless nights and I was in too deep. The rest I'll forget about until production. It''ll still be a good investment but not a spectacular one but I'll settle for that. The lessen for me here is to watch out for the twin evils of FOMO and greed... there have been great opportunities here not always taken but 'make it and take' it is my new motto. GLA
what will happen to the SP today but I do know that my bum feels a little less squeaky now. GLA
But we could dilute to first production? I ask because some vocal people suddenly think this mine won't get built but in all likelihood it will but in the worst case with a lower return for those currently invested but most likely still a reasonable return long term.
I imagine lots of investors are concerned BUT wouldn't the MOST REALISTIC worst case be something like doubling the amount of shares and diluting the path to first production?
I will just console myself with this being a long term investment.
Just games.
No surprise there. Take away brexit and would we be seeing sub 20p? Personally I don't think so. I'm banking on those with the money to fund this seeing past the temporary political uncertainty.
