Could it be possible that the (very) experienced team are reacting to the conditions as they unfold and are acting accordingly to achieve the best results? We are all now very aware of the TE-8 issues, none more so than the drilling team so, to my thinking, they are probably doing their utmost to avoid issues and maintain drill integrity.

No need to panic unless we have to..........although that tic in my cheek has come back again....

GRH - Myself and IN4APOUND both work in Sevenoaks, very near the Sound Offices. N4A regularly sees BM & JP getting lunch in M & S.

Little village south of Canterbury, high in the North Downs - nowhere near main roads and valleys on both sides of village - hardly any signs of modernisation - absolutely Idyllic.
Moved the family there 2 years ago from the rat race that is London. Helluva commute to work (2 - 2.5 hrs each way) but worth it.
Brother in law lives in Rainham so know the Medway towns well.

I live in probably the remotest part of Kent (I didn't believe such a place could exist when I moved their either) and the weather has been kind these last few weeks.
Looking forward to an interesting November - am hoping NT is wording a couple of knock out RNS's for our consumption.

if we hope for a 35 day drilling programme we should be at total depth on 21 Nov (working 7 days a week?) 45 days takes us to 26 Nov - could we get gas shows prior to this, once we have breached the salt cap?

Thanks for the clarification dd - maybe use of the word 'bubble' was over simplistic but it sounds like they could be in for an eventful time in approx 10 days!!
