I topped up. News could land Tuesday with results of Soil and stream sediment samples which had been sent to commercial laboratories for analysis back in July, and BLEG samples which Newmont was analysing. Hopefully, also results for the remaining 4 holes which have not been reported.

The big update hopefully comes Friday 3rd September or shortly after that confirming the payment of the JV partners.

It seems 11.42 is the next stop which is the 50 day moving average. If it breaks that it gets very interesting.

This seems like a pretty good RNS to me. High grade copper. The interceptions seems good to me too. More than 1.5% is considered high grade. Also, Copper assays have been received and announced to date on only a portion of the intercepts drilled, and no gold or silver assays have been received yet at all. So plenty to come. Glad I bough yesterday. It looks like a bullish reversal on the charts too.

A placing usually happens just after good news to take full advantage of the increase in share price. If a placing was happening, I do not think that the director would had bought, as technically they would not be entitled to do so and practically they most likely would not do so anyway.

Bought. Interesting next 14 days and remainder of the year. As some have pointed out as the share price has been so stagnant a sharp move to the upside is likely as we approach September.

Good to see the share price recovering from the support at .032 as it did on the 13th August. Looks prime to try 0.42 again. Of course if confirmation of the mining license lands 0.42 should be distant memory.

Volunteers in Brazil have begun receiving a trial vaccine against COVID-19, in Latin America’s first phase 3 COVID-19 clinical trial.

The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) approved the inclusion of Brazil in the clinical trials on 2nd June, which are being conducted in partnership with AstraZeneca. The trial is being sponsored entirely by Brazilian entrepreneurs.

If this is a lifestyle company as Leech says, it would not be looking to trade in Nasdaq. It would be AIM with the lack of regulations.

Mos companies can only dream of listing in Nasdaq.

The RNS reads: "As part of the Proposals, New Tiziana intends to implement a share consolidation in respect of New Tiziana Shares issued under the Scheme to ensure that the New Tiziana Shares trade initially on NASDAQ at a price more readily comparable to its peers (the "Share Capital Consolidation")"

This means much higher to current valuation. I bough some stock this morning

It seems Blubay is correct that the RNS today refers to "ADS route for depository shares in foreign companies. It's pretty straight forward but a different process to primary listing".

Back in July it was reported: "Announced Wednesday, the filing with the SEC indicates Argo is seeking to list on American Depository Shares, a commonly used mechanism by which public companies can expand to reach U.S. investors".

Tiziana is already trading in Nasdaq under American depository shares but it is now leaving UK.

Please compare ARB's RNS with TILS RNS today which reads "Therefore, the Board intends to establish a direct listing on NASDAQ. Given this intention, the Board concluded that England was not the most appropriate domicile for the parent company of the Tiziana Group because it is not possible to directly list shares of English companies on NASDAQ. Therefore, if Old Tiziana remained the parent company of the Tiziana Group, only ADSs in respect of Old Tiziana Shares could be listed on NASDAQ.

The last payment was made on 3rd September 2020. These are the historical prices. I expect a sharp recovery in the share price if the payment is made. Of course it could be the opposite if they do not. Brad is pretty confident that they will and given the results so far the expansion in the drilling campaign and the fact that APTA seems not to be the best target one would expect the JV partners to make the payment.

7. JV partners payment before 7 September. That should be enough to send the share price much higher.

The Agreement requires Loryser to manage and complete the sale and payment process within two years, starting from the date of the ratification by the Court. Ratification was on 17 September 2019 thus, the whole thing should be concluded by 17 September 2021. The fund has been selling in the open market as reported by Brad during the last interview which could help to explain the dramatic fall in share price. The share price in September 2019 was about 4.3p. I assume they were happy selling above 20p. Therefore, it would be interesting to see whether they sold the whole 10 million share or less. I guess we should receive in the next 4 weeks:
1. 4 additional holes to be reported
2. TR 1 filing
3. Soil and stream sediment sample results.
4. Tin JV completion?
5. Further JVs?
6. Granted licenses

It is important to note that we could yet to see the best of APTA. Brad said that in those identified thick, high-grade, plunging shoots is were the money is. "Economically, such shoots could be highly significant as they would likely be of extreme importance for any operation at APTA, and therefore represent the primary target for ongoing drilling".

From a technical analysis perspective Zak Mir wrote on 16 August "It always feels somewhat brash to call a triangle target on a small cap, especially when it may be 50% or even 100% above present levels. However, in the case of Cora Gold a 20p plus target has been on the cards from even as long as a couple of months ago. It would now appear that the consolidation phase versus last year’s 15.25p peak is now over, something which would be underlined by a decent weekly close above this level this week. The timing of a possible 22p destination at the top of a July 2020 target is always going to be difficult, but suggesting 22p by the end of September does not appear to be too rash at this stage. Only sustained price action back below 15p really delays the bull scenario here".
