40 tonnes of copper per wind turbine, that seems high, source?
They have 15 days to do all installation, and validation activities, write operating protocols, SOP's etc etc, produce validation samples , wait for test results, train personnel, write and approve reports etc etc, you cannot just turn on the machine and start making masks. From my experience this is typically 4-6 weeks activity with another 4 weeks on top before you could hope to be getting anywhere near full operating capacity.
Regardless of what masks were made during FAT in Spain, masks will have to be made in UK to be submitted for validation and ultimately to be approved for sale.
'5m/4 is 1.25m. so a single week of the machine operating at 5m capacity would represent almost as much as that state will be produced in Feb. I don't think ramping up production could account for this discrepancy.
There are few staff with the automated system. If staff training is a bottle neck it would be worthwhile to hire someone from the manufacturer to come over from Spain initially.
Given that RRP of each mask is £1 the reduction in Feb would resulting in 3.6m reduction in revenue. I'd think they could pull out more stops to get this going if they really wanted to.'
In reality its not that simple, the planned production ramp up will probably involve putting on more than one shift a day possibly working weekends etc so even if machine only required 1 operative there may be a need to train up to 5 or 6 local operatives. How many people do you think can be effectively trained on a new machine by ' someone coming over from the supplier' what hours would this person be available for. its perfectly logical that a delivery delay will directly effect the ramp up of production by approximately the same number of weeks. the very last thing RMS would need would be a quality issue resulting from poor / rushed training.
Any new machine will need validating to ensure output is of right quality and repeatable etc, also operatives and maintenance personnel will need to be trained etc, so there will be a production ramp up from zero to max capacity. If it starts later it will delay achievement of utilising full capacity e.g. the ramp up may typically take 8 weeks.

'IF' being the operative word. Capacity and sales are rarely matched, no matter how much we all wish for that to be the case. Be nice to get some news of actual production ramp up to meet sales.
Good companies, like football teams, make changes whilst at the top. GH has been an excellent CEO, nothing that follows will ever change that. Lets get on to the next phase, the fundamentals remain, BUY BUY BUY.
Have more kids!

here we go
Wonder how many of them are currently directing family members to buy at.17, before passing it
16.9p for 3.5 mill, better than i thought, will regret not completing later, lol.
a bit thick but......on point regarding planning laws
Cant see how this bunch can act and speak like this and then vote to approve.
the planning Officer is bloody hopeless
what did the dog say, lol
Could equally be sulky resignation that they have no good reason to refuse, despite representations from residents. At least with lockdown they wont get duffed up in local pub
Loads of capacity, just one govt order announced yonks back, basically the lot of many a manufacturing company. Orders required.
