We again seem to be fixated with the UK market. This is one of those rare occasions when there is immediate access to a global market with the right product. Al has repeatedly said we will sell everything we make which is why building up manufacturing capacity worldwide in tandem with tech transfer has been the priority over the last few months. Failure to be included in the 6 for a product which hasn’t started clinical validation may well lead to a response from the gloom and doom merchants but not those who can see the bigger picture

He may elaborate on the new test that will become available from December 2nd. He will certainly be pressed on what will be different from that date to make the 4 week lockdown worthwhile

If anything Alistair’s comments have been understated in the past which is why some of his quotes in the Sharebuyers article stood out so much:
- Avct in a position to shape the future of medicine
- Avct WILL become a multi billion dollar life science company
These are highly ambitious statements that are almost out of character and would only have been made if he was 100% confident of a LFD outcome and ultimately the whole affimer programme.

Never known Alastair to be so bullish in the Sharebuyers article published today. He knows the positive news flow in the next few days and weeks and investors are responding accordingly. If he is so optimistic about AVCT becoming a multi billion dollar company why shouldn’t we be and is the dollar rather than the pound a nod to a NASDAQ entry next year?

Can’t remember the exact number but GB did talk about needing to order millions of affimers to meet the potential orders but maybe that was for his breathalyser which is still undergoing trials. Another revenue stream anyway
