I seem to remember last December when SOH gave his progress report he said that he was aware of Investor complaints regarding the lack of news flow and investor interaction and would improve in the future. Here we are nearly 4 months later with not a smidgen of an idea what is going on. All I know is that the share price continually seems to hit new lows, he takes a very healthy salary and I am 80% down. Biggest dog in my portfolio but worth so little now it’s not worth selling. How do you others feel ?

It would be nice to see the ipo’s soon. We were told late last year then early this year. Now into Q2 and still nothing. If these happen soon that should also help the share price. I’ve been in the red for over 2years now. Would just be nice for a bit of blue sometime!!

Looks like this is heading back below 1p. Now 40% down from recent highs. Must be the longest time without news for months. What’s happened to the IPO’s. Both GMR & FDR were scheduled for IPO last year then we were told early this year but still no news. Share price will continue negative unless someone gets their finger out.

Finally my Pbx shares have just appeared in my HL account. Now virtually worthless. 20p to 6.5p with a current 60% spread. Well done SOH and team. Total miss managed car crash.

Company now valued below the cash they hold. Absolutely mad. No value attributed to the company and its assets whatsoever. We sure need some big buys from management.

Still heard nothing from HL regarding Pbx share distribution. Have been in touch but they just say the company responsible for holding the shares during the lock down period won’t speak to them.
Anyone else with HL being given the same storey?

Secondly, correct me if I’m speaking rubbish, but with 55% of shares held by opti share holders and locked in for 9months, 44% of shares held by opti itself only 1% of shares are left to be traded. Surely this means there is zero liquidity in the shares so how do we expect the share price / market cap to increase?

Please correct me if I’m wrong but I think there is only 1% of shares tradable in this company at the moment. 44% is held by opti, 55% is held by opti shareholders as inspecie dividend which are locked in for the next 9 months so only 1% left to trade. 15% drop in two days. This really has been a crap share. After around 2years holding I’m around 50% down. Have had enough. Will sell and reallocate elsewhere to try and make up loss.

How is it that today share buys vastly outnumbered sales but the price still goes down?

Quick question. Once the LFT is modified does it have to go back through the approval process.
If so sales could be months or a year away, judging by past performance.
