Erazzel. This has played out exactly as it should when there’s an overhang. Re your comments on production, that was the most pleasing aspect about today’s RNS for me. Seems like the hires they have made in the last year are starting to make a difference, and to where it matters, profit. The next two drills are key. I don’t want to be rampy but I think they are being conservative with projections, and the choice of wells is now being driven by proximity yielding quicker returns which is unpinned by 3D data. Re read AJ’s thoughts on production mix from these wells. If all goes well we’ll be nudging double digits in 12 months and a funded ongoing drilling campaign, debt free. Howay.
To me its not important if its this month or next for gas hook up. As I see it, sales are already built into the price so the dates only important if you are looking to sell into the next rise. For sure it will rise a little but it'll bottom pretty quickly, all in there should be enough profit to keep the lights on with a bit of interest, but nothing to accelerate the share price. There's an overhang from the book build that needs clearing, which is why the timing of the drilling and the subsquent RNS is important. If and if he's under promised and over performs on the combined 1100 barrels from the two 2021 drills then I think the fun will really start. As ever, happy to be wrong.
Yeah this is Georgia, a land that’s crying out for its own gas. It’s such tragedy that Andrew Lloyd Webber is writing his next smash musical about it now and it will contain such Classics as “Don’t cry for me Bago, your price is subsidised” and “Jesus Christ Superbloe”.
Justin was never replaced Spuds which is understandable as they haven't been breaking even. I'd expect things to gradually change once there's more cash coming in than out. They'll have an increased UK back office staff for sure. So I can appreciate they are spread very thin with focus being on operations atm but yes a courteous response acknowledging your enquiry even if they can't get back to you currently is sensible. Sticky fingers are in their long term interest's for sure.
Can't really see why updates like these are RNS worthy. Confirmation that gas sales will be one month delayed is hardly mission critical. New drills if sucessful will move us on from here. Co should use twitter more to keep interest simmering.
Thing is Rob the boffins at Chez Maladoni's tell me they got the EPF with all the bells and whistles on it, and they can't stop it playing Rule Britania all night long!
I suspect they are tweaking bits here and there for optimal flows with well longevity in mind. Once they have this bottomed then they'll release the numbers.
