The 4 million, seemed to me like the big customer had money to throw arround, now sure they've missed deadlines. the 4 million was going to be an advanced payment when they already had had a year of advanced payments now forfeited. Perhaps abritration meeting will go better than expected, we could be in the exact same position or better if they come to an agreement. To forfeit the cash suggests to me that its no big loss to them. And if not all the potentials still there we have the offtake agreement just not as much being taken.
