they pump in nothing, they got GC P2F tech for 280m shares,
when there was only 700m in issue then started the pumping
then funding diluting process to where we are now..

ECHO held up well on Christmas eve IMO, after a small drop, and SP look like it wanted to turn blue if it was not for the 12.30 close.. hoping for a good blue start tomorrow, and hopefully an update before new year eve..

I BELIEVE MH is looking to turn things around here for his long suffering shareholders in 2021
and the days of spending huge sum's of money on pie in the sky exploration are truly over...

Shares in Remote Monitored Systems PLC (LON:RMS) moved higher as shareholder and consultant Gareth Cave said talks were planned to resolve their differences.

Cave, the founder of RMS subsidiary Pharm2Farm (P2F), had intended to call a general meeting over concerns about a £5mln fundraise announced last week by RMS and an accompanying warrant issue.

A virtual meeting today will address the issues highlighted by Cave, who has a near 18% stake in RMS.

Shares in the AIM-listed company have rocketed on its development of an anti-viral facemask, the production of which is expected to start early next year.

Cave said RMS’s broker SP Angel had set up the meeting and that constructive discussions are now taking place between the parties.

Shares in Remote Monitored were 5.3% higher at 1.29p.

so everyone expect that everything will work out for all concern...
and the rise will come again at some point..

In order to accommodate the adjustments noted above Lemu have advised of a further slight delay to the delivery of the machine. The finished machine will be ready to depart the manufacturers premises on 24th December 2020, the date of arrival in Nottingham is not known,

so the line depart on the 24th after adjustment about the same time as the lorry park up debacle
and Brexit got sorted, so we could be looking at WED for the arrival RNS THUR IMO,
depend on what it comes on plane train or ship...

perhaps it's time to get back to the positive here and stop moaning at each other
it is quite clear RMS will position there own posters here to defend there Honner
or what they got left, so I will leave it at that, and hope a few more people follow
and lets see where we end up after delivery of the machine, I'm sure DR GC the owner of the tech

Given all the hoo-ha surrounding the company best known for anti-viral face masks of its subsidiary Pharm2Farm, it is perhaps surprising that shares of RMS are well up on the stock market leaderboard for 2020, the ongoing pandemic notwithstanding. This is especially the case given the rather high-profile share sales which the stock has had to absorb. However, it would appear that investors prefer to focus on wunderkind Dr Gareth Cave, founder of Pharm2Farm and the developer of the nano technology. With the face masks rollout due early in the New Year, and production set to ramp up, it may be that RMS becomes a rather more straightforward stock market play based on manufacturing and sales than the shenanigans fest we have seen in the last few months of 2020. With forecasts that masks will need to be worn for the foreseeable future, the question is whether the unique properties of Pharm2Farm’s face mask can corner the market in such an environment?

and IMO if DR GC can get rid of the warrants, and face mask production line come in on time
SP could easily retest previous highs and more...

as looking back through history PMX started in AUG 2019 and I suppose
it was to replace the 1 code, and after 2 or 4 PMX news always come 4 to 5 days after..

2021 is going to be a huge year in the music licensing space for 7DIG
and hard up musician streaming there art, looking to get more
than what the big streamers are paying ATM

BTW there was a big debate in parliament BBC2 on streaming services not paying there artiest
the right money for there work, and how best to address that in the future as it look like

change the name to RMS consolidate the shares saying there was too much in issue
only to pump up RMS after 1 year until there is 2 bill in issue again

LOTTOHOPES''/ GC IS RIGHT'' the bod has got to be stopped

P2P is a big meal ticket for him and his palls to pump up the shares in issue
and dilute DR GC interest and his life's work to nothing with no understanding
on how valuable this tech is to a lot of industry, looking to secure there entrance doors
and hand rail with this copper virus killer technology

GC is right to want them replace before they divert the cash elsewhere
and put it all down to working capital,

I notice the way he pump P2P update everyday for 1 week before the £5m funding..

this happening now'' could be a god send to shareholders that got in around these levels
as NB has no choice but to chase up the face mask making machine
and get it to Britain before the end of December if he want to rebuild his reputation
