yes you are right but what EUA was producing was not enough to push up SP
it's the never ending bid speculation that done it and nothing else
as everything move so slowly in Russia that a bid at the time was a god send to shareholders

anyway KIBO is soon to be producing energy for Britain through a 55% ownership
