and agreed, and the £8m that's left will be voted on again with 25% less vote
and if the original 62% is still onboard and have not change there vote

IMO'' no LTH is selling anything here before this big news drop, and the rerate begin
and not until ECHO is over 2p, and if they do sell
it would be a small amount to take out there original stake
don't be fooled by these fake borrowed shares sloshing around to get the required drop,
making it look like lots of investors have given up on ECHO and want out in a hurry..
MM will use every trick in the book to get you to sell when they have an inclination
that news is imminent, keep hold of your real shares that's what they are after

and why he would need our help to disapply the pre-emption rights to issue them??

I don't mind voting for them this time
but if it's to give him authority to issue shares and warrant to every tom dik and harry
with no oversight, and below Market price, then I don't think anyone would vote for that'' AGAIN
unless it's for an already producing acquisition, that we don't have to spend months and years

we really do need a proper Q&A from PC before GM so we as investors can get some idea
of when he is going to start producing some of these asset in the ground, and how much
