George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Words are cheap.
Forget talking about trading patterns because essentially all that you are saying is that if two different covid stocks both receive a RNSs which declare significant sales then they will both rise. Just distil it down the basics. You have invested here because you are gambling on GDR securing significant sales in the near future.
Right so you aren't saying that our trading pattern is the same so far (as it objectively isn't), you are saying that because GDR is going to secure contracts of £200m+ in revenues in the nearish future, that from this point on we will follow the same pattern NCYT?
NCYT and GDR just aren't comparable and trying to suggest they are is either naive or intentionally misleading. All you need to do is put a chart of NCYT and GDR from 06/11/2020 next to each other. The move up to £12 for NCYT was obviously based upon the £150m+ contract they secured.
Until GDR get any sales at all please don't try and suggest that our trajectory will be anything like NCYT.
The SP does have covid related activities priced in at this level and I justified why this is with some numbers a couple of weeks ago.
That said, the increased focus on testing from Biden plus the potential from Slovakia over the next week or so, assuming we have correctly inferred that is the European country we are dealing with, has given me the most hope for GDR in quite a while.
Next week will be interesting.
Admittedly, with AVCT, ODX, we have never really been able to fully explain why the market has consistently valued them higher than GDR. The fact is that they have consistently done that since the start of the covid episode and this hasn't changed.
Regarding, BGF, they won't be buying back in.
Where is the evidence that BGF are keeping this down? They aren’t.
Post vaccine, the share price declined slowly up until the conversion of shares and since then the share price has continued to decline slowly. BGF aren’t even selling in huge volumes. 500k in 4 weeks is nothing.
The reason we are where we are is because we still have no sales and yet again the confidence shown by DB to investors in Nov was shown to be misplaced.
Don't take any reassurance at all from LTH14's posts. He has been saying the same thing for the last 6 months. During the investor meeting in November DB was very clear that the only collaboration with BC that we had was a technical trial and that nothing commercial had commenced. NDA's being in place 'while testing takes place' is just plain incorrect as we have received updates about the progress of testing with BC.
We have had drops like these numerous times, including at the start of the month. I don’t think they have had to work particularly hard, the share is going nowhere and the DB again misled investors with his misplaced confidence.
