I am not sure about that either - Sepco are planning to buy in on the basis that they get first options on Bots and Moz.
So my assumption would be that they are not 100% satisfied with one or both of these projects at the moment. They have already committed to MCPP so the only point in them investing in Kibo right now would be to get rights on Bots, Moz. No?
Id have to disagree there bcl. What was the reason then for the tender? and the quick reissue of it?
Also, there are 2 other companies awaiting an SML so you are saying that they are not issuing all 3 SML's because they not interested in MCPP?
I have not seen this much dedication and consistency over such a long period of time, from the likes of Swifty, Lurker, Mice and Chimp. Borderline obsessive. These folk spend countless hours on these boards - remember everyone has a reason and purpose for being here...
Boffer - the positive is that there will be no more delays mentioned for at least 4 months. Time to focus on the imminent mining licences and the tender phase 2 process. SP has some breathing room now. According to LC we have never been in a stronger position so my belief is that we will get funding at a premium/or no harm to SP. Time will tell.
Lol that is a sad excuse for real research. No one is going to report it because its not bothering anyone. Mainly because its a load of junk from a sad sad man who once lost heavily on kibo and now dedicating his life to ridiculing them.
Dont think it is negative.
"Board meeting to be held this week and determine the
terms which would be acceptable to the Company for such an extension, taking into consideration the recent strong
interest received by the Company"
LC could have easily accepted the extension - but according to him he has options.
Wrong again. The EPC contracts for Tanzania are signed and sealed already. If we win the tender then Sepco will be building it.
The SDA is solely for the EPC contractor to gain first right on Bots, Moz and any future projects. Even if a new EPC signs the SDA Sepco still contracted to build MCPP in Tanz.
So if your belief is that the broker note was released now to stop a sudden drop because of another delay then u are wrong.
The note cannot be found on anyone website, not on the brokers twitter feed or even a RNS where we would usually be told by a new presentation up or new website up etc.
Quit talking shyt
