Depends on managements motivation behind the consolidation, if it's for the reasons they mention in the RNS, then great, if it's just to pump billions more shares onto the register, then bad. Time will tell. This together with the 10x pay limit rise in the same RNS has probably taken the wind out of any bounce in the SP.
