Investors are waking up to some major news from China:

The entire tariff crash on October 10th may have just been one big misunderstanding between Trump and Xi.

The news about China’s rare earth export controls came out on October 9th at ~8:30 am ET, 26 hours BEFORE Trump posted about it.

This was a non-news event UNTIL President Trump posted about it over one day later.

Last night, China released a statement clarifying their "export controls" on rare earths.

In their response, China said the new controls are NOT a full export ban and applications that “meet regulations” will be approved.

Amid the market's downturn on Friday, our view was that the 100% tariff announcement by Trump was a bargaining chip.

After China's statement last night, we believe the odds of Trump's 100% tariff on China going into effect are extremely low.

The largest crypto liquidation in history and a -$2.5 trillion loss of S&P 500 market cap appears to have been driven by one big misunderstanding.

We expect another "trade deal" soon.

All very well and good, but along with every step to get to those ounces, will be disillusion and lots of it. The Warrants/options and plane old fun raises, will always limit the upside.

Don't get me wrong any find will multibag this, but to get to a JORC of millions of ounces, will probably see the share count increase significantly.

Look at the large trades at the end of the day or now they seem to print the really large trades the end of the next day.

I hope that doesn't mean no news between now and the name change.

Looks like these half penny moves are no more, now moving in whole pennies. The bid went from 58 to 55 now 57. Looks like large background orders at play.

Always struggle to properly understand the way these TR1s are released but looks like Ezra Machnikowski has sold 1% of the company.

Now I'm thinking, I reevaluate my position when these are in the 80's

Some how KEFi go through about £6m-£9m of cash each year. (Don't know how, but they do) so this cash raised so far in warrant sales is about 4-6 weeks is KEFi expenses. Not enough IMO to stave off another placing, should this deal not complete soon.

The curse of consolidation strikes again. I know it shouldn't make any difference, but here we;re down significantly from before consolidation for no real reason.
