Just re-reading the possible offer RNS. The board have given very little away in that RNS, The only thing I see is

"The Board and Ingredion are in discussions regarding the Proposal." Not the board opposes the move , so I think the board do want to sell, but 615p is just the opening offer.

The other thing to note about the dividend payments is that it' states up to 13p and up to 7p , so no guarantee that dividends will be 20p.

Have to admit all those tweets from Omar last year probably sucked me in deeper than i should've. Those tweets implied the farm out was close and that Juno was hitting pay dirt. Instead I now know it was just to keep Omar and co. in a nice lifestyle. Then They tell the market (Via RNS) Juno to be drilled early in 2026 and now it's Q3. Well all today's news did was allow a few traders to get out with their 1-3p profit per share. At least they can't sell again.

WG. traded around 20% below the offer price even after the bidder had stumped up cash. DX. was below 15% of the offer even though the board approved the deal. This just seems par for the course when the takeover hasn't officially been accepted.

I love that word Shortly, it implies next few days.. Let's hope so.. Shortly time scales vary from company to company. In Kefi world that lasted 5 years.. I remember another stock Shortly lasted about 6 weeks before the said event happened.
