We've crept into a bear market, the excesses of the ultr bull market of the summer is over. in a bear market look for small returns on quick trades.

Actually in today's market that's a very good comment, unless they report good grade gold, the market will sell it hard. AIM isn't forward thinking, it's just about the next 5 minutes.

Yep, the tide is going out and exposing companies valuations. Probably another .25p decline to come, leave £3m or so valuation, £2m for BTC and the rest enterprise value.

AAI announces the following information regarding potential legal proceedings against Thomas John Zacchaeus Winnifrith and Share Prophets Ltd (together the "Parties").

On 24 November 2025, the Company sent a cease and desist letter to Thomas John Zacchaeus Winnifrith and Share Prophets Ltd (the "Letter"). The Letter alleges that the Parties have published a number of false, defamatory and/or unsupportable statements likely to cause Amazing AI plc, Mr. Paul Mathieson and Amazing AI plc shareholders to suffer serious harm. Now got confirmation that I can attend the AGM online. 2nd December, I wonder if they'll have another positive to talk about on the AGM or will the waiting continue.

Always the case, everybody was ramping this to death with nonsense of billion pound takeovers or nvidia reversing into alludium. Right now we have no idea if Alludium has generated a single dollar in revenue. I guess it's show me the money.

On hindsight buying shares in a company that was worth £20-£30M with no revenue and no commercially launched product was a little foolish. Even now at £5.5m this would be a very hard sell on Dragons Den.

That's not how it works I'm afraid, they give every opportunity for everybody to vote but only take into account the votes that are actually cast. You're living in denial if you think the shareholders vote should be void because 60% didn't vote. In that case most elections should be void as well.

Now very much in the last stretch of Q4 so should get FOMO buying in anticipation of the assays. Yes that leads to it's own problems, as you may get all the sell on news lot. Let's hope the assays are good, otherwise that day will be very ugly.

I thought some of those conditions of takeover were meant to happen this week?
