Consolidation for the right reasons is usually positive for a share ... I think PH would not give bum advice either ... It's more than their reputation is worth

Whilst I am not a great fan of consolidations there are some advantages ... One of the chief ones being we will lose the "stigma" of being a penny stock and become more attractive to institutions ... And I feel PH have advised the BOD to go down this route ... another tangible benefit is we lose the pocket money gamblers ... Whatever the case SAR is about to leave adolescence in it's journey to adulthood.

Agree that the potential here is massive. The best thing that could happen for SAR is that the big Pharmaceuticals start a bidding war ... The recent show of support from the HNWIs will make that even more likely ... It sends the message "if you're not serious with your offers we'll go it alone or at least develop the drugs to the point where you can't resist ... But the longer you wait the more it will cost"
