Potnak ... it may not be SARs compound but they have a contractual right to a 27.5% share of the milestone payments and royalties ... and since there has been a change in owners that represents a material change ... which must be reported .... believe me if they didn't have to they wouldn't have said anything .... SAR don't appease their shareholders, they never have ... It was a legal requirement to inform the market that there had been a change in material interests ... Otherwise we would have heard nothing ... LH&K Mafuta

I would agree with that ... SAR can't really say anything until the deal is concluded then the RNS can be released ... I doubt it will say much maybe just acknowledging the TO and a confirmation of our contractual rights re 737 ... Could come this afternoon or perhaps Monday morning ... Not holding my breath though.
