Looks like the MMs are short. Look how tight the spread is. Good to see.

Please read what I'm saying. I am not saying SAR has too many shares, that's not a problem for the big players. Just saying penny stocks attract lots of small time players who get spooked easily and add volatility to a share.

My point is that boy traders and small time speculators do not have £10k to invest more like £100 or less. So at 1p a share they get 10,000 shares and the broker fees of say £10 equates to 0.1p per share now at a consolidation of say 10:1 they only get 1000 shares and brokers fees of 1p per share. I'm not advocating for consolidation just trying to point out that more expensive shares deter small time investors and reduces volatility. At the stage where SAR is at the moment consolidation would be a waste of valuable resources as we are trying to attract the big fish and not the sprats ... they look at MCAP and ROV. XX Mafuta

Azz the share price does not increase due to consolidation but volitility tends to reduce as the higher relative price lowers the ease that small time buyers can purchase. The cost of doing so as already mentioned often offsets the desirability of doing so.

AML is another example of a share that consolidated and did well. So consolidation can reduce price volitility IMHO

I wouldn't fret about the Zim asset the diamond market is severely depressed at the moment anyway. The main value is in the Romanian ops. The price rose today in concert with the gold price not the diamond price. I see the diamond asset as a side earner at best or a saleable asset at worse.

Yes pancreatic cancer is very nasty usually by the time it's diagnosed it's too late. I have a close friend who had a growth on his bile duct but in tests they found pancreatic cancer. They have caught it early, but he had to have his pancreas removed and is now on some serious Chemotherapy. Let's hope 1802 can provide the answers. Mafuta

I agree that she interviews well, much better than some of the CEOs I've seen lately. To be fair regarding reading her CV she was responding to a direct question on her background it didn't come over as self-promoting, but their was a bit of "auto-cuing" but we all do that on video conferencing. Her track record is good and hopefully we will see some real news in the next "couple of months". The share is cheap at the moment IMHO. I'm holding on. Enjoy your evening everyone. Mafuta

Utah I agree. The market cannot read into events what some of us can see. They are not that deeply immersed. But the potential for a buyout or licencing agreement has grown exponentially.
