If a company is making close to 2.2bn in sales and expected to make 2.8bn this year, you would expext the company to make profit.

They will not make profit this year also.

Lets put it this way, had the takeover approach not come, we would have been 80p like BOO who are 70p at present.

The deadline to make offer is thurs 16th, so next week, we will know whether there will be extension to this date or not.
