It will also be nice to see separate revenue for both morocco and egypt. Also will be nice to see cash balance in both countries. I suspect egypt still has an large balance.

There was multiple offers if sdx wasnt confident of deal then they wouldnt have signed exclusive HOT deal. They would have carried on negotiating with whoever wanted it.

Im interested in the cash balance then we can estimate the disposal price.

Production would have surely reduced in h1 and so will capex but the buyer is already aware. The sale price has been agreed, the buyer has already seen accs. If sdx still have $10m cash then u know they will get at least $20m.

Then Current mkt cap is a joke.

As you know SDx were operators in SD, 55%-45%. When they sold 1/3 of their WI of 55% did it include selling their share of gas processing facility?

Next week is important, they had $10m cash at end of dec 22. If they have similar in this results then the sale price maybe around $20m. With current mkt cap 8m it will sure surge.

I believe sdx is oversold, can see it 6p plus after results when mkt realises thing are not bad as they seem.

However if ksiri well in morocco is a duster we are doomed as we cant get money out of egypt and offtakers require gas. We will need the money from egypt disposal fast.

Littlened, new gas prices startee from 1st May.

Last year moroccan gas prices were avg $10.39 what will it be now $12?

Also production gross was 5mmcfd in 2022 do you think it was 5mmcfd in h1 2023?

This should have been completed by now its a shallow well usually drilled within 10 days. Its been 18 days now hopefully next week also..

Sdx should have released h1 results by now, uog managed to release them in july and they too havin similar issues in egypt.

Egypt gas price is still $2.85. Most of our revenue comes from SD. Moroccan price will ve same price for h1 as 2022.

UOG in egypt had avg oil price for h1 2023 at $78 we had avg oil price of $76.61 in 2022. So not much difference in prices.

We expect revenue decline and reduction in production but with reduced capex sdx should still be cf positive.

As Gould stated a new strategy will be released to mkt imminently, this was on 4th sept.

News is due next week.

Of course production will be lower in 2023 than 2022 as less investment was put in place.

Should still generate postive CF.
