Production and Reserves

The TLP-101ST well, drilled in May 2007, has been the only oil producer in Tilapia to date. It was initially put into production in 2007 with a flow rate of 942 bopd and produced over 340,000 barrels of oil to September 2016 from the Lower Cretaceous, Pointe Indienne R2 reservoir interval. At the end of June 2016, Tilapia was producing approximately 38 bopd of 39-41 degree API light sweet crude.

Djeno is not 50/50 but 1 in 4 chance(25/75).

Sefton last week said they are confident the djeno structure is there, lets see.

Djeno is not 50/50, whoever is saying that are misleading, the geological model was correct or better for the upper zone cos the field has found hydrocarbons in the past in those zones, why didnt the model see 40m of net pay for mengo?

Djeno is pure exploration, remember that. Whats positive is that on the seismic its showing a positive charge, with others close to aaog finding oil its positive. It can be gas, it can be gas and oil or it can also be fizzy water.

you are posting positive because you have an interest but you are refusing to look at the other argument, what if they dont extract oil from djeno in this well? Sefton is saying they will try on the next, how will they fund the next? considering this well cost near 14m. SNPC like you say are broke so who will cough up?

No one will give aaog 8m+ loan, this is why im saying if the djeno doesnt come in which is likely drill a few wells upto mengo, get some cash rolling in.

yes it is, neighbouring operators have found oil at this zone but its all about hitting the right spot.

Alot can happen the well can get damaged while it is drilling in this over pressurized zone, its a chance. So nothing is certain.

They said its 1/4 chance. If it happens its great.

Everyone is aware of my position, i believe with the mengo the company is cheap, alot on t traders have over leveraged hoping to make thousands in the hope of djeno coming, if the djeno doesnt come in which is more likely, short term entry 6p-7p.

Company is cheap but im not the market am i. hopefully my time will come this week coming.

what can 500bopd generate, they might be able to scrape to get to mengo with the next well but for djeno it will be difficult.

SNPC are playing it well, they want to see if djeno has potential if it doesnt they will probably give most of their share of the license to aaog.

hints have already been given, they believe the djeno structure is there, its about hitting it in right spot, if they fail to hit it this time i see it difficult for aaog to raise 8m+ for the next drill.

Afterall it cost over 14m just for this well.

if rmp is worth 20m waiting to drill alaskan propsect i cant see why aaog cant be valued at 40m.

10m owed by snpc, infrastructure in place at the field, selling oil already. Field has plenty of oil
