Updated MRE comes out for the gold it should be around 1.5Moz, thats around $2.7bn value in the ground and add the proven battery metals close to $2bn, we have total of $4.7bn value in ground. Mkt cap is only 30m.

LND is trading far to cheap

question is what sort of finance it will be?

Whats really interesting they can have an initial mine up and running in 12 months.

those Simonette well are quite expensive, they JV into Clearwater acreage prospects, they should really look at expanding that acreage.

There is no question i3e is cheap but there is an overhang which is difficult to clear at present, Tsx are not really interested in this stock if you look at the volume. No question a rerate will come..

Why the need when that capital could be spent in cad and returns more likely.

serenity is a write off in my view but what they have is certainly valued much more current mkt cap.

small volume, drilling should now be close to be completed in the western extension, closer to the updated MRE.

They already have close to 1Moz of resource in the MRE, an increase by 30%-40% will add significant value to the company. Apollo sold 1Moz of gold for £100m recently in australia, canada is just as good jurisdiction and LND has signed Confidential agreements with the big boys, a sale is not far.

we forget the battery metals, which is worth just as much as our gold.

The company has spent £40m in exploring and proving up metal resources and here we are trading below that at £27m. It is absolutely strange that we trade below that, the metals in the ground are worth in excess of $3bn.

LND holders will have their day, rich flow of news till Christmas.

Not speculation, once they have their MRE out they will send out 'letters of interest', just like Bill did with Brancote.

Recently a company with similar resource and grade was sold for £100m in aus. We are trading at only 26m and we also have battery metal resource which is valued the same.

Easy money in this one if you can wait, next news MRE in coming weeks.
