Thanks for the replies everyone, and yes, I received a reference number for both my account and my wife's. Only 275,000 between us but I feel like I can sleep easy now knowing that I have done my bit. I also logged into my AJ Bell SIPP to vote with my 65,000 but was too late as the closing date was 30th September. Never mind.
I just informed Lloyds this morning that I want to vote yes to all 5 resolutions. She asked me my personal reference number but not when the general meeting was or anything else. I asked if I would receive e-mail confirmation when my request is actioned and the answer was, 'Unfortunately, no' . This doesn't give me a great deal of confidence.
Gardner,
How many of those other companies that you reference have had twenty-odd outstanding sets of drill results from 'a beautiful shaped ore body' sitting just 40Km from and existing (and starving) processing plant? An ore body that still refuses to show its boudaries in any direction? How many of those companies have CEO onboard with the proven track record of making a small company into a hugely successful one? How many of those companies have the big-hitting board that GGP now has? I could go on but I think I've made my point.

One million percent agree Ben. Like it or not, in my opinion there is absolutely no other option but to vote yes. What other possible option could there be? Vote no, lose all funding, watch the destruction of the share price and be picked off by some bigger fish for a pathetic price. I DON'T THINK SO!
With all the drilling we've got going on/planned, the big hitters now on the board with great financial backing and whispers of M&A action across the region, I think it's fair to assume an RNS can land any time. It's often painful being part of this but it certainly is getting more exciting by the day! You never know, even Sandeep might even wake up on the right side of the bed soon and start waxing lyrical about Havieron again.
Cheers TT,
Great couple of lines in there with reference to Newcrest claiming 'Tapering of the high grade' with Sprott commenting, "We find this inference fascinating and we beg to differ". Just after they go on to suggest that this comment from Newcrest would only make sense if they had M&A on their mind. Sandeep, even Sprott can clearly see what you're up to!!
Great post Brighty. If only he'd just spent 5-10 mins Googling those illnesses before he typed out that negative post eh?
