Captain agree with all of what you’ve said bar Nomad. If you think that a company potentially delisting won’t scare investors off then you don’t know the workings of AIM well enough. Any bad news has a larger impact than good news on AIM. It’s just how it works. The date looms and fear grabs hold. Anyway that will be behind us soon and we can move onto the important bits you allude to.

The assets here are huge and the deal is done. Financing will already be sorted I’m sure that will be announced once Nomad details have been released. They haven’t been negotiating this for months without knowing the finance is secured.

The best sign here is that everything being sold is being snatched up. Like I said break 33p and you won’t hear from the likes of that bell this morning although I’m sure he’s still blabbing on...

Priced in? On what evidence. Someone was clearly selling yesterday who is concerned about the lack of appointment of Nomad otherwise I’d expect a TR1 fairly soon. That’s the big sticking point here and the MM’s know this. Look at the price activity on a few other shares lately that have been waiting for confirmation of Nomad (the rises) and ones that are stil waiting (like GCM). It’s volatile. Nomad news will be a strong relief for many and the buyers will return as the SP re-rates back towards the price if was after the JV announcement and upwards. IMO

Retour the relevance is you got found out and left a group due to having nothing to show. I proved my point there and I’ll just not let people listen to you spouting the same bull over here on another share I’m invested in. Yes Jarv it’s crystal clear isn’t it Hun :-)
