suzy/if you have any missing you have to contact the company that you brought your shares in to issue with a indemnity cert

well you need check all the dates your self and place them in order ,
if you have any missing you will not get the credits .
in my case l have lot of certs due to roll over interest which is what l do hence loads of certs,
but in your case all you need to know is when you brought your shares , just remember you have to send all your share over to who ever you want to hold your account , h/l are really good you do not need to hold any paper work its all electronic but you can if you wish to as well ,

suzsy/ it is a night mare believe me , make sure that you have all the certs in order you only need one missing and it bugger the lot up , just remember you need to sent all the certs ,
it has just cost me £85 quid to get a indemnity for 3 l had missing

sj74/ you need to get them to send you a crest form bye email,
the form will show you how to fill it in easy,
you send it back to them by register post and they say it should take 5 days after they receive the crest form ,
