on mines money men do not lend at a base rates some look for interests between 15%&30% more so if they no you have good prospects . its not like production in a factory were you are trying to sell products on the markets.and for the amount of money our investments need getting funding at the right percentage is hard to get, hence our share investments will be hold back until they do get the price right or will never happen the way we want them to.
