may be but it is the one were all parties need to agree or they would have to return to court they are been given the chance to sort it out between them selves ,

over the week end in the documents it is said that all parties involved need to come to a agreement out side of the courts ruling i.e banks. compensation and payments" if they can not agree then they will have to return to court, please correct me if l am wrong because l am only a thick dog ?
