how will l get on with this, l had a placement to buy shares at a discount , l used H/L to do the purchase but they put my money in the wrong account , they assured me that all was correct and that l did not need to do any think as it was all on the computer, l phone them again asking for a email concerning the amount of shares l instructed them to buy , answer was again it is all done and your purchase would be made as instructed, now they are saying that they put my money in the wrong account and l have lost my placement , what can l do ?
